As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I can help you prevent those injuries. I help all my clients, at any fitness level, address muscular imbalances and faulty movements.

FITNESS NUTRITION SPECIALIST (FNS):
As your NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), I strive to pave the way for a lifelong journey of health! Fight the obesity epidemic with the power of food! I will teach you how to interpret labels, select appropriate portion sizes, and eat healthy. Learn how energy balance, caloric needs, activity, metabolism, and food choices impact your fitness goals. CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER (CPT):
As a NASM Certified Personal Tainer (CPT), I strive to help people lead healthier lives and make the most out of their workout. I combine exercise, stretching, nutrition and more to set you on a path to better health. My training program uses the Optimum Performance TrainingTM model, which focuses on integrated solutions for every fitness level. NASM requires recertification every two years through continuing education, enabling my programs to be up-to-date and vital.
